Welcome to Bishop High School, home of the Badgers! It is an honor to serve as Principal of a campus that continues to represent excellence in academics, athletics, and community pride. Bishop High School is proud to be recognized by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) as an A-rated campus, a reflection of our dedication to high expectations and continuous improvement. In addition to our overall A-rating, we have earned six academic designations, highlighting the outstanding achievement of our students and teachers across multiple content areas. These distinctions demonstrate that academic rigor and student growth remain at the heart of everything we do.

We are equally proud of our expanding Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs of study, which provide our students with hands-on learning and real-world experiences. Our pathways in Health Science, Agriculture, Business, Public Service, Welding, and STEM equip students with valuable skills, certifications, and opportunities to explore their future careers before graduation. Whether entering college, the workforce, or the military, Bishop High School graduates are prepared to succeed.

Our excellence extends beyond the classroom. Bishop High School’s athletic programs continue to shine across multiple sports, embodying teamwork, discipline, and school spirit. We are proud to celebrate recent state appearances in UIL, One Act Play, Softball, Powerlifting, and Cross Country, showcasing the depth of talent, dedication, and perseverance of our students. Our student-athletes and performers represent the heart of our community—demonstrating determination, character, and pride in being Badgers.
